1. Nature of Dermatological Products
PurEA skincare products are clinical-grade cosmetic and dermatological formulations designed for hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne, and anti-aging care.
Customers must adhere strictly to printed directions and warnings. Gradual introduction, sun protection with broad-spectrum PurEA SPF, and patch testing behind the ear are mandatory steps.
2. Clinical Consultations Disclaimer
Virtual consultations provide personalized cosmetic and dermatological recommendations based on user-supplied photographs and descriptions.
They do not replace acute emergency dermatological intervention or in-person surgical biopsies. Patients with severe skin conditions are advised to seek immediate in-clinic diagnosis.
3. Pricing, Orders & Payment
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to confirmation. PurEA Aesthetics reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice.
Orders are dispatched once the payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where the payment or contact details cannot be verified.
4. Intellectual Property & Formulation Rights
The brand name 'PurEA', the leaf-accented brand logo, packaging designs, product descriptions, and clinical protocols are the intellectual property of PurEA Aesthetics.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or imitation of our formulas and packaging is strictly prohibited under Pakistani law.
